General contractor
As a full service design-build general contractor, we work with clients who desire beginning-to-end management of their construction project. On design-build projects, we work with clients as a team in all aspects of the process, including land selection, financing, budgeting, civil and architectural plans, permitting and construction from site prep to brass plates on office doors.We also are a design-bid-build general contractor, which means we handle the complete construction portion of a project after the client has architectural design and engineering documents in hand.
Furnish and erect
Fox is a furnish and erect metal building subcontractor. While we handle projects of all sizes, we specialize in taking on larger and more complex or challenging metal building projects and we have successfully completed every project we have taken on.We are affiliated with Nucor Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of metal building systems for the industrial, commercial, warehouse, civic and agricultural sectors. Fox promises to deliver the best possible products. That's why we use Nucor. We have consistently been one of their top volume builders, which means we have decades of successful experience.
We perform metal roof and wall furnish and erect services. Fox has extensive experience installing metal standing seam roofs, and a wide range of wall panels on conventional structural buildings. We can install new metal roofs over existing roofs when rust or leaks reach the point that repairs are no longer practical.
